Refund policy

Returns
Customers may return items purchased from V-Toe Socks within 15 days from the date of customer receiving item for a full refund.  Returns may be processed by submitting a request for a RMA number to BigToe@vtoesocks.com

Subscription & Gift Cards are not eligible for return.
Orders purchased and shipped to U.S. Territories must be returned at the customer’s own cost.  Full & promotional priced items are eligible for return.  We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as customers are responsible for the safe return of the goods until received by our warehouse.  All shipping costs are non-refundable.  If you need a pre-paid return label one will be provided to you via email.  The cost of the label will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds will be given within 1 business day upon receipt of the items. A single item may be opened and used.  Any combo packs may have one item used, all other items must be in resalable condition for a full refund.  Exchanges will be allowed on a case by case basis and shipping fees will be discussed depending on the situation and order total.  Please feel free to contact us with any questions: BigToe@vtoesocks.com

Final Sale Items: Products marked as 'Final Sale' are considered non-returnable and non-exchangeable. These items cannot be returned or exchanged either in-store or online.
